Bosch Thermostat 2 connection loss after restart

After programming a Bosch Thermostat 2, the connection works without problems.

However, if the Raspberry is restarted or after a power outage, the connection to the thermostat is no longer established. The thermostat flashes red and the connection is no longer established. Only removing it and reprogramming it resolves the issue.

What could a possible remedy look like?

Gateway Version: 2.31.2 (Conbee 2)

Raspberry 4b (trixie)

Hello, what are you calling "reprogramming " ? The inclusion in zigbee network or specific settings ?
A device can be badly included, so some data can be missing and the device not saved in database, but no reason for it leave the network after a simple restart.

It’s a device with a special procedure for inclusion ? with instal code ?

Yes, I mean integrating it into the Ziggbee network. I described that a bit incorrectly.

Yes, an installation code is required for the Bosch thermostats.
How can I check if the devices are saved correctly?

Good question, I think it’s possible looking the device name, the name is saved in the database, so if the name go from “kitchen thermostat” to “0x1234” after a restart I think it can be a database issue.
But when a device is included in the zigbee network, usefull setting like the key are saved on the device so it don’t need the database to stay in the network.
