Aqara Smart Plugs disappear after restart

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, I’ve been dealing with the following annoying issue for quite some time now:

I have several Aqara Smart Plugs in use. They work perfectly fine when I freshly pair them with DeCONZ / Phoscon. However, as soon as I restart the Raspberry Pi or DeCONZ, all of the plugs disappear and I have to pair them again.

I’ve already tried the suggested fix below, but unfortunately that didn’t solve the problem either.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? I’ve already updated the firmware of all the plugs to the latest version.

I Guess the problem is, that deCONZ doesnt find a correct DDF File. It creates its own “DRAFT” version. If i try to manually select it - i get the error “Failed to open DDF”.

They can work without DDF, at least the on/off (but not the measurement)
Generally it’s because the inclusion is not finished and not saved.

Take a look in the API if the device is still here after the restart.

What is your modelID ?
