I’d rather not, because unjoining later is a whole different mess.
In my case, colour temperature still works.
IMHO the problem is in deconz/Conbee otherwise the issue should be visible using other bridges too.
As I said before, devices works ok under Tuya and HUE bridges.
What I can say, everything worked good enough until I added 3 Sonoff ZB mimi 2.0 and 1 LIDL colour lamp.
After 24 hours the issue begun.
But something else is happening because I have a smart plug (Osram) that switches on and off during the day.
System now is not stable.
