All devices in phoscon are not reachable

All devices are not reachable. In Phoscon all devices are greyed out. Can not control any of them.
Probably it happened when I tried to put stick to another usb port. After I put it back but nothing helping. Tried to restart PC, restart deconz, restart conbee2…

  • OS (Ubuntu)
  • Firmware version: (26780700)
  • deCONZ version (not Home assistant Addon version!): (2.14.01 / 06.02.2022)

Looks like you tried the stick with zha or z2m. That correct?

I’m using zigbee2mqtt, but with another “Sonoff” stick. And everything was working fine until I tried to connect Conbee2 stick together with Sonoff dongle to one USB hub.

Perhaps z2m took the Conbee for a second, causing it to take their network settings.

Can you share a screenshot of the Conbee network settings? Can be found under edit in deconz

I didn’t use the deconz GUI. Phoscon App only, but I will try to start the deconz GUI, when I will be at home.

Should I just change in the network settings “apsUseExtPanid” to 0 and “tcAddress” to 0x00212EFFFF069331? Or anything else? Thanks in advance!

Soonest moment I can reply in full is probably Wednesday as I’m not at my PC.

The logs provide the values needed. There’s more samples on the forums aswell.

Hello, IDK why but your setting are not good at all.

But you can too try Network lost issues · dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin Wiki · GitHub if you already have an old setting (but on your capture the NWK update is 0, so for me you will have nothing)

Thanks @Smanar. Despite NWK update was 0 - it helps. Now everything working.

“NWK upodate” is just a counter, it increase every time you configure the network, 0 mean you have never configured it (so no backup available)

No, it is not true. I have many backups and everyone with NWK update ID 0.

But there is no “network” setting changed, you have just updated your deconz version, all important setting haven’t moved.
