I am using several Aqara Prescence Fp1 in my setup, and they have been running smooth for a long time. But a few days ago thed stopped working one after another. They simply stopped reporting. Some of them stopped just a few minutes apart, while other lasted several hours longer.
In deconz it looks like they just stopped communicating. There are no lines going to those units as it used to be.
I use Jowiehue to transfer data to Homeseer, and in the homeseer log there are some information:

The last message is in Norwegian and says that “the key is not in the list of words”.
The strange thing is that when I try to reset and include one of the units it doesn’t respond as supposed to (with lights on the sensor). Becaus of this I cant rule out mailfunktion 100%. But since I have 13-14 of those sensors I feel quite sure that this is a not a problem with the sensors itself..
In phoscon they all have normal color, but they don’t report any movement/prescence, except for one of them.
In deconz you can see that there are no lines showing communication, except for the one that is working.
There are several others sensors that are working like normal. I had a few sensors that was out of battery, but now they all work as normal. It is just those 14 aqara presence fp1 who is giving problems.
I just updated the conbee2, just to have tested everything.
Update went as normal. The version is 26780700, which i belive is the latest.
After the update, all other sensors than the 14 Aqara Prescence FP1 works as normal.
In proscon they came up with “Not reachable” for a while.
Now they all seem to be connected, but they don’t report anything.
The last update from most of the sensors are about a week old.
The strange things is that when I restart deconz the problem-sensors are greyed out, but they turn black after a while. Still they don’t work, but they are black.
When the problem started I had some sensors that was out of battery. I changed batteries and deleted all sensors not i use, just to be sure that the rest is working. Now it is only the aqara presence that is not working.
I have now ordered a new sensor, just to rule out that there is something wrong with the sensors.
I also ordered a ned Conbee III, to rule out that as well.
My deconz version is 2.30.2, firmware 0x26780700
As you can see on my map, it is clear that there are not much communication to the sensors up to the right. I know they are not always to be trusted, but this is something special..
I will try to share a log, but that will have to wait until tomorrow. Bed is waiting now.
I just received the new sensor I ordered, and it worked perfectly.
This tells me that either all of the old sensors are dead, or they have received an update that has made them stop working. Or are there more options that I didn’t think about?
I tried to sort out errors in the log, but I can’t find anything so far. I will try to search for the name of the sensor, and see if I can find anything.
I also saw that when setting up the new sensor there was light in the sensor as it is supposed to be. When resetting my old sensors there are no light.
Today I was so tired of this shit not working, so I went out an bought an Aqara M3 hub as well.
I tried to connect both the old sensors and the new I got today. The new one worked just as expected. Perfectly.
But the old ones was just as dead as when using deconz.
I tried 3 of the old sensors with the same result. They are dead!
I guess the question now is WHY, and if I will ask to get new sensors. I can’t rerally say I trust them when they brake after a few months..
I have only found one way to reset them, and that is by holding down the button for 5 seconds, until they start blinking.
I have been holding them for 30 skconds, and there are no blinking and no reset. I have tried to push the button several times, with the same result. They are simply dead.
I have now tested 4 of them, with the same result.
So the question is now why??
