I have a problem with my three plugs Adeo 16A. After a variable time, they connect regularly. This seems to be due to the model, as only these three are giving me this problem. Has anyone ever had this problem?
Yes but with a water valve.
It turns out that the network wasn’t that great. So I added a router next to it and it worked flawless
I think about that but one is 1m near the key and the other are near an other plug. Maybe have to add an other aeotec extender but don’t be convinced
I always have this issue. I change the plug but now an other is concerned by this issue. I add an aeotec extender but no change.
Don t understand what happen.
It’s the “LDSENK02F” model ?
I don’t find similar issue on google.
Can you check the “lastannounced” value in the json ? if the device make a rejoin this value will be updated.
It seem to be regular, and why it turn on, and off just after.
Even if the device make a “reset” and return to defaut state, no reason for it change again, just after.
It realy make the on/off, or it’s just “ghost” return ?
Hello,
It s a gost return. I delete the plug and now an other makes the same thing. It s a philips hue plug.
OK so now it happen on other brand, not good.
By curiosity what is your deconz version ?
For the moment, first time I m seing this issue …
And the bad return is always a “fake on” and never a “fake off” ?
I m on 2.26.3 with a conbee 3 and the last firmware.
A second plug is concern since today on the other side of the house (so its not a network coverage issue).
The plug passed unconnected to connected at the same time. Very strange…
And it happen suddently ? you haven’t changed something recently ? (or you just haven’t check previously ?)
I don t remember in fact.
But I sure it s very new. I don t add any new routeur in august.
And the hue plug was never concern by that before I delete the adeo plug.
