Ok, the problem is that the old login.html is opened. If you type <your ip address:port>/pwa/login2.html then it should work again.
How do you open the Phoscon App in your browser? Did you had a bookmark? Does it work when you click the Phoscon App Button in the deCONZ GUI? When you can call the login2.html then your problem should be solved.
