Hmm interesting, need to to some tests.
Can you try on Windows again with:

  • Unplug ConBee II
  • GCFFlasher -d COM5 -t 60 -f deCONZ_ConBeeII_0x26780700.bin.GCF
    (let it running)
  • Attach ConBee II
